Lake Gardens Barnaparichay, a renowned NGO of West Bengal celebrated 75th year of Indian Independence with great grandeur maintaining COVID norms.
Flag Hoisting was done by Sri. Sambaran Bandopadhyay, Former National Selector and Bengal Captain. Other guests included Sri. Ratan Dey, Hon. Member, Board of Administrator, Kolkata Municipal Corporation; Sri. Debraj Mukherjee, Renowned Tollywood Actor; Sri. Rajat Chakraborty, Renowned Social Worker; Md. Farukuddin, Renowned Social Worker and many other.
The entire program was coordinated by the Founder and President of Lake Gardens Barnaparichay, Sri. Debaditya Roychowdhuri.
25 Covid Warriors were felicitated with COVID YODDHA SANMAN on the occasion which included Doctors, Police, Health and Conservancy Officers, Red Volunteers, Social Workers and Local organisations who worked immensely for the people at the time of lockdown and Yash disaster.
Refreshment packets were distributed to 150 needy children. Relief materials were also distributed to 50 needy families which included the daily needs.
