Yash visited the Prerana Shelter Home for Women, in Harish Mukherjee Road, Bhowanipore yesterday and interacted with the girl children there. When Yash got to know that the young girls in the shelter were all his ardent fans, he made a surprise visit to the shelter with goodies for the little ones.
The shelter houses young orphan girls aged between 6 to 18 years. The girls seemed to be ardent fans of the actor having watched all his films and memorised all his dialogues.
They even kept paper cuttings of the actor framed. They were overjoyed to see their ‘Hero’ in front of them and couldn’t control their excitement.
Yash who has always been supportive of causes towards women and children, has informed the authorities of the shelter to reach out to him with any help required supporting their education and health.
