Kolkata, 22 November 2021: One of the renowned professional singers of UK, Rikta Mukherjee, who is also a trained Hindustani Classical vocalist performed a unique show for the first time in the UK which pays tribute to Bollywood Divas, ‘Yeh Chand Sa Roshan Chehra’ at the Blueroom today.
The show has been produced by Sampurna Raaga production, Rikta Mukherjee, and her band. Numerous Bollywood hits were performed on a star-studded night.
Rikta has won a lot of awards in many different competitions among which the noted ones are The District Music Competition, Sangeet Kala Academy Award, Pride of India, Khazana Talent Hunt in Ghazal, and many more. She has been performing in stage shows as well as on TV channels in the UK and India. She has also performed in different prestigious stages like Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, INS Tarkash, Indian Navy, High Commission of India, and many more. She did her music singles and worked with the famous Bengali music director Devjit Roy which amassed critical appreciation globally.
