On the occasion of Beer Day, an extensive range of varieties will be available at Traffic, but two fish items were the talk of the town last year: Smoky Red Light and Blackened Beer Grilled Fish.
Smoky Red Light is served as a sizzler platter with some aromatic flavours, and the Blackened Beer Grilled fish comes with saffron mash & sour cream on top.

Along with a huge range of multi-cuisine dishes, the place also offers a lavish bar counter. Every occasion becomes enriched with Canteen’s touch. While talking to Swastik about Beer Day, he said, “The menu will be available in our restaurants from 1st August to 15th August. Among many special dishes, I would ask all my patrons to try Beer Cheddar Soup. It is my favourite also.”
