Fooza Foods Plans PAN India expansion in tier

Kolkata, 11th June 2021: The food delivery app Fooza Foods is now set to expand across different tier-1 cities in India by adding one city after every three months till March 2023.

In the next 100 days, Fooza Foods has targeted to open up Mumbai operations which was scheduled to be opened in the month of May’ 2021 but got delayed due to the ongoing pandemic by 3 months. They are pretty buoyant to be a part of the 12.5-billion-dollar Indian food delivery market. While the company has been operating out of internal accruals till date, are disinvesting a 5%stake in the company worth Rs 35cr to fund the expansion. They are seeking monetary provisions from institutions for the same as well as from friends and family. The minimum ticket size is of ₹1 crore. This money is being raised for their expansion plans to start off other cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Jaipur Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Hyderabad and Chennai.

The platforms that currently has 50 riders delivering all over the city with around 350 orders a day across and with an average AOB of 280/-. The brand is running with an extremely tight shift having absolute control over their riders. They are providing jaw dropping food discounts which in a way is giving a tremendous push to their customers to order from Fooza. The delivery app is currently providing 50%off and Cash on Delivery upto Rs 600
