Christened Mango mania, the festival is all set to create a unique gastronomic journey with recipes replete with juicy mangoes from 8th July to 17thJuly. The allure of the festival lies in an array of an innovative mix of continental and Asian delicacies replete in Mango slices. The fare will take off with Mexican appetizers like Cheese Nachos with smoked Mango salsa to add flavour to the appetizer. Cold mango mint soup with tapenade bread follows the appetizer. This is a great summer beverage to relish the delicious Mangoes! A healthy and tasty cold soup with fresh mango slices, mango puree, mint , green chilli , tobasco sauce and garlic blended together along with mint and lime.
The main course would start with a Japanese delicacy named Mango Veg Teriyaki with Mango Sticky Rice. Step up your dinner party game with this sweet Japanese mango sticky rice.
The popular Southeast Asian dish features chunks of fresh mango piled around a mass of sticky rice topped with a coconut tapioca sauce and sesame seeds. And the best part is it only requires a few ingredients to make! The tropical Shrimp Ceviche is there too as a perfect light appetizer or light dinner for those who prefer to maintain their zero hourglass demeanours. The best part is that requires no cooking. This is gluten-free. This vibrant dish is perfect for those hot summer nights when you just can’t muster the energy to heat up this house but you still want something super delicious. Serve on its own, or with chips for dipping! This is not the end. Italian sweet and tangy dish Mango crespelle with chocolate dust and mango reduction would make the fare more luring.
