Dancing on stage for 50 years ever since I was a little kid and professionally dancing for decades, it’s now like breathing. Dancing and taking our rich culture all over the world, getting all the love , recognition and accolades and being able to serve my country through dance I feel so humbled and honoured. I am so grateful that I was born in and inherited the culture of Bharat, the land of the richest culture and enlightenment. I was born to those parents who ardently shaped my dance career and the abundance of blessings from my Gurus , that has paved the way to who I am today . May Lord Jagannath give me the life span so that I can serve my country and the world through dance “ I feel like I have been dancing from my mothers womb itself.
