Customers can now drive home their preferred variant of the 4-star GNCAP safety rated Tata Tiago or Tigor with a customized EMI plan starting at just Rs.5,000 for 6 months. This EMI amount is applicable on a loan of up to Rs. 5 Lakh and gradually increases during a maximum tenure of 5 years. As an additional benefit, customers can choose from three value adding options while paying their final EMI. (i) They can pay their last installment as a bullet EMI (approximately Rs.90,000 on the loan of Rs.5 Lakhs) and take full ownership of the vehicle; (ii) choose to roll over the loan period for a further period of 1 year; (iii) exchange the vehicle at the end of tenure for brand new Tata vehicle as an upgrade and avail finance facility on thereto.
In case customers do not want to avail the bullet EMI option with 5 year loan tenure, they can take the loan for a period of 7 years upfront, with step up option of lower EMI for the first 12 months.
On its entire range of cars and SUVs, Tata Motors is offering 100% on-road funding. A maximum benefit of up to 80,000, depending on the model and variant is also available on its BS VI range (except on the Altroz). Additionally, customers can enjoy a 6-month EMI holiday on their new Tata car or take advantage from the long tenure EMI schemes (of up to 8 years) thus lowering the amount of their monthly EMI payment.

More than 800 sales touchpoints and 500+ workshops of Tata Motors nationally, including close to 150 sales outlets and more than 100 workshops in the Eastern zone are already operational with a new set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for enhanced safety, defining minimal interactions and maintaining of prudent social distance norms during interactions between customer and dealer staff. Out of the above, from West Bengal alone, 29 out of 33 showrooms are now operational.
All discussions are being done virtually using digital tools and any in-person meetings, if necessary, are being conducted with prior appointments and post verification of all requirements. Documents for vehicle insurance and registration are being collected via mail or specially installed drop boxes and vehicle deliveries are being done only after all formalities are completed.
Test drives are being offered on demand at the customer’s preferred location. To maintain social distancing, only one person drives the vehicle with a dealer staff member sitting in the rear seat to avoid any physical contact. Following every test drive, the vehicle is fully sanitized including replacing protective covers shielding the interiors of the vehicle that come in contact while driving.
